Common questions

How do I turn on notifications?

Tap the bell on Home and choose which municipalities you want to hear from.

How do I change the language?

The app opens in your phone's language. To change it, tap the bell on Home, then "Language". It is also at the bottom of the Town hall tab.

Where are my favourites?

Tap the bell on Home, then "Favourites". They stay on your phone only, because the app has no account.

I want to report a problem in my neighbourhood.

In the Town hall tab, tap "Something needs fixing?". The request goes straight to the municipality from your email, not to us.

A news post or event is wrong.

News and events come from the municipality websites, so contact the municipality for corrections. If the app shows something different from the website, write to us.
